💓: how does my muse feel about physical intimacy?

When Megatron was young, it was sort of an escape, miners finding a little bit of pleasure and comfort in each other for a while when everything else around them was terrible. 

In the arena, victors had scores of fans, begging on their knees for a chance to get into berth with them. He indulged a few times, but it felt too shallow for him to enjoy it much. 

Through the entire war, millions of years, he only interfaced a handful of times, in celebration of hard-won battles. Little private moments stolen with commanding officers, in the heat of the moment, never lasting very long.

Now that his war is over, there’s no sense of urgency, none of this “we could die tomorrow, but we’re alive now so let’s enjoy that.” At the same time, without an enemy to constantly plan around, Megatron finds himself with a lot more restless energy, and a lot more free time. Even with a conjunx who is freer with interfacing, Megatron is still getting used to the idea that there doesn’t have to be some dire circumstance to justify spending his time that way. It’s hard to adjust to peace after a lifetime of fighting, to let himself enjoy the experience for its own sake.

Legit, I am actually scared to question people on if they missed a thread because I’ve had so many people snap at or even drop me when I only asked once (Note: I ask as politely as I can).

Because of this, I’ve let threads die because I am legitimately too scared to ask.

Hey guys, I’m back! I know it’s been a long time and I’m sorry for my absence, but I think I really needed that break. @willnotgogently We were having such a lovely (if admittedly morbid) discussion with the gods and I just sort of dropped off, I’m so sorry! I have a reply mostly written up that I can finish if you’d be interested in continuing that, otherwise no worries! We can always interact again in the future.

Not Godformers stuff: This stuff was started before the anon and is quite old at this point, but I’m not at all uninterested in it! I haven’t forgotten and I would love to get back to it, if not in the same threads, then in new ones.

@ask-smokescreen Megs and Smokey need to talk more about Cybertron’s future and the list of coordinates they found! I have the discovery thread still if you want to continue that, or we can just start anew.
